Peter Gilding & Co Ltd operates a modern fresh produce facility in Liverpool with capacity for approximately 1,500 pallets across six temperature controlled chill chambers. The site includes a fully equipped bespoke packhouse and dedicated packaging area, supported by 9 loading bays to ensure fast and efficient turnaround. Our packhouse handles any product suitable for flow-wrapping or netting, with a specialist focus on citrus, top fruit, and exotics. We provide flexible, high quality packing solutions for UK retail, wholesale, and foodservice sectors.

Our facility offers a fully temperature controlled chill storage environment with the capacity to accommodate up to 1500 pallets. Telescopic ramps
Our facility features 9 fully equipped loading bays, each fitted with advanced telescopic ramps designed specifically for the fast, safe, and hygienic handling of refrigerated transport. These bays allow trailers of varying heights to dock securely, ensuring a seamless interface between vehicle and warehouse.
The telescopic ramps provide precise adjustment and stable access for pallet trucks and forklifts, reducing turnaround times while maintaining strict cold chain integrity. Whether loading fresh goods or unloading temperature sensitive products, our infrastructure supports reliable, efficient operations around the clock when necessary.
We also have 2 ramped loading bays for unloading / loading of curtain sided vehicles with FLT’s.
